1. Definitions

  • "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process and creating a 7ph Account, you unconditionally accept these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both accessible from the Platform footer.

Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 7ph will notify registered Players of material changes by email to the address on file or by a prominent notice on the Platform.

If you are accessing 7ph on behalf of another person or entity, you warrant that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

3. Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the Platform is strictly conditional upon satisfaction of all of the following eligibility criteria:

  • You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
  • You must be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services of the type offered by 7ph is legal and permitted.
  • You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or regulatory exclusion that prohibits you from accessing gambling services.
  • You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine Law.
  • You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 7ph or any affiliated entity, provider, or supplier of the Platform.

7ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the request may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Age Restriction: Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. Any Account opened by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all deposits returned (net of any withdrawals already made), and the matter may be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

4. Account Registration & Verification

4.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your Account information if it changes. 7ph is not liable for losses arising from incorrect Account details provided by a Player.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your Account access with any third party. 7ph will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 KYC Verification. 7ph is required to verify the identity of all registered Players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and PAGCOR-compliance obligations. Verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (Philippine Statistics Authority National ID, passport, or Land Transportation Office driver's licence). Additional documentation may be requested at 7ph's discretion. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for Accounts that have not completed KYC verification.

4.5 Account Suspension During Verification. 7ph reserves the right to suspend an Account, restrict withdrawals, or hold balances pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures. Any such suspension does not constitute a breach of these Terms by 7ph.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 7ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits. Accepted methods may change from time to time at 7ph's discretion.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP) one hundred (₱100) unless a specific game or promotion specifies a different minimum. 7ph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; all transactions are processed in PHP.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to a Player's Account balance within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to three (3) business days depending on the processing institution.

5.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

  • The Account must have completed KYC verification as described in Section 4.4.
  • All applicable wagering requirements associated with any Bonus Funds in the Account must be satisfied prior to withdrawal.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction.
  • Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

5.5 Processing Timeframes. Approved withdrawals to GCash and Maya accounts are typically processed within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes for verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. 7ph does not guarantee specific processing times, which may be affected by factors outside its control, including payment provider delays.

5.6 Own Funds Only. Players may only deposit funds that they lawfully own. Deposits sourced from illegal activities, fraudulent accounts, stolen payment instruments, or funds belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. 7ph cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and PAGCOR in relation to any suspected illegal financial activity.

7ph does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or your relevant financial institution for their applicable charges.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and promotional credits awarded by 7ph ("Bonus Funds") are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash balance.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement of thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱35,000 in eligible wagers before any associated winnings become withdrawable.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally towards the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate. Specific contribution rates are detailed in the applicable promotion terms.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds expire fourteen (14) days after being credited to an Account. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.

6.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated in a promotion's terms, only one bonus offer may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in bonus forfeiture.

6.6 Bonus Abuse. 7ph actively monitors for patterns of play that constitute bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear bonus requirements, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and exploitation of promotional terms. 7ph reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse is detected.

7. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Game Rules. Each game offered on the 7ph Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager.

7.2 Random Number Generation. All 7ph slot and table games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. RNG certification ensures statistically fair and unbiased game outcomes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7ph Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

  • Opening more than one Account (multi-accounting).
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
  • Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
  • Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
  • Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping in poker variants.
  • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to 7ph immediately.
  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity via the Platform.
  • Using payment instruments that do not belong to you or that are subject to a chargeback or dispute.
  • Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses 7ph staff or other Players.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.

7ph reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold all associated funds pending investigation, and report the matter to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities as appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7ph Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio, and video — is the proprietary property of 7ph Casino or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without 7ph's prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine Law, 7ph's total liability to any Player arising from or related to these Terms, the Player's Account, or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

10.2 7ph is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform, even if 7ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 7ph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and unforeseen service disruptions may temporarily affect Platform availability. 7ph will endeavour to minimise disruptions and provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine Law.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by 7ph. 7ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

  • A Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
  • A Player is found to be ineligible under Section 3.
  • Suspicious financial activity is detected that requires investigation.
  • Required under applicable law or by regulatory direction from PAGCOR or other competent authority.

12.2 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting 7ph support. Closure will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, all Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings are forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player subject to completion of identity verification and confirmation that no prohibited conduct was involved.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and 7ph, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through 7ph's internal complaints procedure, which can be initiated by contacting customer support. 7ph will acknowledge complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and endeavour to provide a final resolution within twenty-one (21) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14. Amendments to These Terms

7ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the Platform at 7ph.asia/terms-conditions. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
