- Account & Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your account plus five (5) years following account closure, as required by Philippine AML legislation and PAGCOR record-keeping obligations.
- Transaction & Financial Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following each transaction, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act and BIR requirements.
- KYC Verification Documents: Retained for five (5) years from the date of account closure or from the date of the last transaction, whichever is later.
- Gaming Activity Logs: Retained for five (5) years for PAGCOR-compliance and dispute resolution purposes.
- Support Communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last communication, or longer where a related dispute or complaint remains unresolved.

11. Minors & Age Restriction
The 7ph Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged twenty-one (21) years or older. 7ph does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age.
If 7ph discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 years of age, the relevant Account will be immediately closed, all personal data associated with that account will be securely deleted (subject to any overriding legal retention obligation), and any deposits will be returned subject to verification of the deposit source.
